This study addressed the answer to the most important questions related to the human right to a healthy environment free of pollution in the Iraqi legislation after the year 2003 and the need for the authorities in Iraq to protect this right, as it has become a stable and recognized right through national constitutions and legislation. This right has been stipulated in the constitution The Republic of Iraq for the year 2005, and the role of the public authorities in ensuring this right, as these questions were discussed and answered through the definition of this right and the statement of the constitutional basis for this right and the latest legislation in Iraq that adopted this right,An independent study was devoted to highlighting the role that the legislative,executive and judicial authorities in Iraq must play in ensuring and maintaining this right through the use of the means owned by each of those authorities to limit or eliminate the manifestations of pollution in Iraq despite the increase in this phenomenon and our conclusion We discussed the most important.
