Abstract

Formalism in legal actions are of two types: Legal formalism imposed by the law، and the form of an agreement that the will came، both of which may be convened، and it may be for proof، and if it is to convene، there is no legal action except by fulfilling it. It was for proof، so proof of legal behavior is that which requires its fulfillment، not its existence، and accordingly، the agreement form of both types is a form of expression of the will of the parties to the contractual.
