The principle of good faith is one of the basic principles that is closely linked to the principle of binding force of the contract and the idea of breach of contract. The Iraqi legislator did not know the principle of good faith except at the stage of implementing the contract, as Article (150) of the Iraqi Civil Code stipulated that the contract must be implemented in accordance with what it contained.
And in a way that is consistent with what good faith requires, but the most important thing that is observed through extrapolation of the legal texts is that the stage of terminating the contract came devoid of any regulation or reference to the principle of good faith and the obligations resulting from this principle, so this study will be limited only
