      Therefore military forces will change dramatically in the outcomes of wars, especially by the end of the century, and many military  foundations will become influential in employment. the role of modern military technology in the management of war and conflict and its role in strengthening the power of its own State through its technologically sophisticated weapons ", such as strategic weapons capable of neutralizing the power of the opposing State in its strategic depth, by disrupting or deterring their weapons, since technological development on the military side has become a critical element for all States in their management of modern wars, The successful recruitment of this development increases the armed forces' ability to perform various military tasks with high professionalism and flexibility and reduce dependence on the human component by replacing it with modern military technology, in order to achieve many objectives, including saving time and effort and the preservation of soldiers' lives, and the achievement of significant results may resolve the battle.
