Abstract

The

world is still living in the shadow of the Russian-Ukrainian war that began in 2022 and is still ongoing to this day. Given Ukraine’s geostrategic importance, the United States has adopted strategic approaches represented by (risk management) through economic aid, diplomatic support, and providing intelligence information, in addition to the economic boycott of the Russian Federation, in order to achieve its interests represented by protecting allies and the liberal order, as well as preventing Russia from dominating Ukraine.
