Abstract

This review seeks to provide an analytical reading of the research entitled “Digital Diplomacy and its Impact on International Relations,” through a process of diagnosing the theoretical foundations on which it is based, deconstructing its premises and intellectual motives, evaluating the methodology adopted in it, as well as analyzing the results reached by the researcher in order to determine their importance in international relations. This review adopted the systems analytical method as a main method because of its ability to identify the basic inputs of the study, track the inferential outputs, and measure the degree of coherence in the cognitive and methodological structure of the research under review. The review also seeks to evaluate the extent of the theoretical framework’s consistency with the problem presented and the efficiency of employing analytical tools in interpreting the variables affecting digital diplomacy.
