Abstract

Since its issuance, the Anti-Terrorism Law has sparked a lot of controversy, legal criticism, and to expand the interpretation of terrorist acts without defining a correct legal objective, which is inconsistent with the principles of al-Qaeda. Legal, as well as being a short law and does not include the legislative rules recognized in Arab and international anti-terror legislation. We have found through the research that the legal problems in the formulation and the legal concept are clear, although they do not lose its importance for which it was initiate. Our recommendations were to fix the obvious problems that plagued its texts, as well as to integrate it into the penal code, in order to achieve the unity of the legislation, which may lead to inconsistencies in the texts that fragment the general legal provisions and the conflict restricting the application of the provisions.
