Abstract

The importance of the topic of the research from the linguistic and realistic dimension of the obligatory words used, and whether those words contain all the meanings they carry and what they can generate in the mind of those who use them when applying in order to give the legal text the appropriate meaning intended by the legislator, which applies to the presented facts and the emerging legal situations about her. Therefore, the formulation of the legal text has very important consequences, as the inaccuracy in the use of obligatory words, whether in terms of the word used or in terms of the place of this word in the text, generates ambiguities in the application that may lead to the works of the legal rule in violation of the will of the legislato.
