Abstract

Intelligence is a sub-field that falls within the field of international relations and has emerged in the West, especially the United States of America, with the increasing interest in the role of intelligence in confronting competing countries, terrorist groups and organized crime gangs, as well as the energy security file. Light on the process of management and governance of the intelligence services and thus crystallized the parameters of the field of intelligence studies academically to include the study of operations of collecting and analyzing information, covert work, counter-intelligence, as well as oversight of the intelligence services. The aim of this work is to study the position of the United States intelligence on several issues, including the issue of Terrorism, especially in the issue of the terrorist ISIS, as well as the intelligence position on the Covid 19 epidemic (coronary disease), as this study shows that the American intelligence had a major role in killing ISIS leaders, as well as in revealing the secrets of its origin and the method of finding a vaccine for it.
