Abstract

The right to food and food security is one of the most important rights of increasing international concern every day as a result of many factors related to food supply and demand, and in light of wars and economic crises, the state needs legislative and executive measures to confront challenges, provide food and achieve food security, and Iraq was the only Arab country Who issued a law to ensure food security after the Russian-Ukrainian war and its repercussions and causing a global food crisis.
