Abstract

The right to work is based on a number of interrelated and closely integrated rights, all of which revolve around one goal, which is the protection of the right to work and the rights of workers. Traditional rights and liberties, on the other hand, are modern or newly created rights, and all of them entail legal obligations on states. The right to find work, protect it and organize it legally, protect it judicially, equality, and achieve equal opportunities in obtaining it according to fair and decent working conditions are all rights and freedoms related to the right the work.
