Abstract

Gender equality is one of the most significant factors of achieving growth in all aspects of life. In order to activate the concept of gender equality, and face the obstacles that impede women, it is of importance to find solutions that allow women to participate in social, political, and economic life. For women to play such a significant role in life aspects, and achieve this goal, decision makers must take pivotal actions. Governments and leaders must commit to this goal, by preparing, educating, and involving women in fields of technology. Special workshops of human development must be held to help women in achieving this goal. Women must also participate in political life and play a crucial part in decision making.
