Abstract

Research centers contribute to political decision-making. These centers are responsible for providing studies of important strategic issues and then make recommendations to the political decision-maker to identify options and alternatives.In Kurdistan Region, there is a weakness in the studies that dealt with the role of research centers in decision-making and the role of advisers and expert's centers. As Kurdistan faces many crises, this requires an appropriate environment for experts to provide expertise to the political decision-making institution.
