Abstract

The Constitution of the Republic of Iraq (2005) is one of the constitutions that organized The work of the prime minister, even if it is temporary, as the method of his selection is determined, in addition to the cases of termination of his duties and the party that takes over the position temporarily, and cases of his issues. Through it, the prime minister continues to temporarily run daily affairs until a new president is chosen to complete the remaining constitutional period, as the logic requires that the constitutional and legal legislations have organized these issues in a way that leads to the president's continuing in the position temporarily due to the importance of continuing the work of the utility institutions in the state.
