Abstract

Any country seeks to obtain a regional or international Prestige, as this is placed in the strategy of this country, so countries work to strengthen the existing relations with certain countries first, and seek to build new relations with other countries second, and also work to gradually reduce the hostility of certain countries that are hostile to them third, all of which aims to obtain a Prestige in the regional and international environment.
