Abstract

The study dealt with some practical measures for corruption crimes with a foreign element in the light of the United Nations Convention against Corruption of 2003.  Corruption, and this was done through two requirements. In the first demand, we dealt with international cooperation in corruption crimes with a foreign element, while the second requirement was devoted to the exchange of information and technical assistance in corruption crimes with a foreign element.
