Abstract

The delivery in the possessory mortgage contract or what is called the arrest in Islamic jurisprudence is the point from which the mortgagee directs the investment of the pledged thing. Possession highlights its importance in the possessory mortgage only without the insurance mortgage, so we will limit the talk in this research to the possessory mortgage only, by dividing this research into two sections.
