Crimes Afflicting Religious Sense - Husseini Rites as an Example

Abstract

Husseini rites are distinguished by the great importance and sanctity of Muslims, especially Shiites of (Ahl- Albayt) (p.b.u.t), as they are related to Imam Hussein (A.S), and for the assertion and urging of them by the Messenger of God (p.b.u.h) and his family (Ahl- Albayt) (p.b.u.t).

Therefore, these RITES were the focus of protection for the criminal legislator, as any aggression against them constitutes an affront to the religious feeling of the majority of the Iraqi people, Which secured the Iraqi constitution to preserve its Islamic identity..
