Abstract

This study examines the fact expressed by the Iraqi foreign policy that the Middle East region suffers from many crises and developments that need to find in-depth decisions to express radical solutions to all problems and unresolved issues and restore balance to the region. The production of its external relations, based on an understanding of the process of transformations taking place in regional spaces, and thus the external performance of Iraqi politics rises from the reference of its establishment on the basis of non-pivoting and bias for any regional party at the expense of the other party and asserting its identity and identity on the regional arena, and in a way that preserves the independence and sovereignty of states away from interference Regional and international.
