Political development is a process of multi-faceted social change that aims to create pluralistic systems that achieve economic growth, political competition, and electoral participation based on consolidating the concepts of patriotism, sovereignty, and loyalty to the state, within criteria; The first is defining the identity of the society so that it is a cohesive political society that is governed by a common identity and belonging to a political system and a political culture that accommodates all factions within a national framework. Political participation through appropriate channels, and that participation in political life be continuous, effective, and free, and the citizen feels that he is an essential part in the political construction of the country, and the fourth is the fair distribution of economic, social and political advantages and gains as an outcome of the participation process.
