We conclude from this study that societies that seek to obtain a democratic political system must believe in the most important principles of the system, which are belief in opinion and the other opinion and commitment to the frameworks regulating the work of these leaders at all levels, including the party level, and then in contrast to the majority government there is a government that opposes the majority, which is A minority of community leaders, especially political leaders, who have faith in the existence of the political opposition that monitors and criticizes course correction and takes over the management of the government in the event of the failure of the majority government. Therefore, these leaders must adhere to the frameworks regulating their work in the opposition at the party level initially so that they can adhere to other legal frameworks when they take office. The role in future government management.
