Abstract

The

comprehensive strategic performance after World War II enabled the United States of America to achieve strategic balance and after patience, good planning and strategic patience it was able to dismantle the Soviet Union bloc and the superiority it gained, and it was also able to prevent the emergence of competitors and gain the largest number of countries to its side to control the movement of geostrategic balances to achieve its goals and preserve its interests and security through its use of all mechanisms of power, including soft, hard and smart. Geostrategic balance is based on the assumption that there are no specific permanent international relations, but rather continuous change driven by considerations of power and the pursuit of increasing investment in capabilities and capacities and achieving security and interests.
