Abstract

The study addressed the tasks of Geneva Call in its efforts to ban anti-personnel landmines. By those groups and Geneva Call to commit to a comprehensive and total mine ban, which includes ten provisions somewhat similar to the provisions of the 1997 Ottawa Convention banning anti-Africa landmines, The study addressed the definition of non-international armed actors that play an important role in non-international armed conflicts. These actors differ from each other based on some criteria, so they are represented by several types and are characterized by characteristics that differ from one another, and the armed activity that they carry out greatly affects the disintegration of a single state and its fabric Social.
