Abstract

The Russian-Egyptian relations since the fifties and sixties have been characterized by development and improvement in many factors, up to the era of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, and this matter made Egypt an important and pivotal country, and it headed towards the Russian Federation, specifically at the present time, and behind Egypt’s orientation towards Russia was the creation of new alliances Away from the pressure of some other powers such as the United States of America, especially since the desire of the Russian Federation to penetrate the region, and then Egypt must move towards the Russian Federation and strengthen relations between them, especially in the political, security and economic fields, and this matter further consolidated the Russian-Egyptian relations during the era of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
