التعويض التلقائي للمتضررين من حوادث السيارات

Abstract

The provisions of compensation for those affected by car accidents are important subjects that require us to study and analyze all the provisions of these provisions for two important reasons. The first is the damage and physical injuries caused by car accidents, especially after the recent increase in the form of becoming a serious phenomenon that affect many people in the society. The second matter is that these provisions are vague and cast a shadow over the process of compensation from those incidents. This attracted our attention to study this position as there are contradictions in the decisions of the compensation committees and the Federal Court of Cassation in the decisions taken to compensate for these incidents. We attempt in this research to suggest some solutions for all the problems for those affected by these accidents as a result of the provisions of compensation in Iraqi law compared to other laws (French, Egyptian and Jordanian) to evaluate the appropriate provisions in the law under study.
