‏الجزاءات الإدارية الحاكمة في مجال معالجة هدر المياه في العراق

Abstract

Water resources among  the most important natural elements on the face of the earth , and therefore we find  that national and international communities give them great attention for their major role in achieving water security for these communities , in addition to their important role economic and social development  in various areas of life. But , this vital resource it confront many risks that lead to its depletion , in the forefront the waste processes that affect it as a result of unregulated exploitation , which must be confronted by the competent administrative bodies to preserve this important resource from various manifestations of waste .  Therefore , these administrative bodies must have means and tools that enable them to intervene within the framework of preserving this wealth from the illegal exploitation that causes in to waste .
