Abstract

The issue of asylum is one of the most important issues facing the international community, as the issue of asylum is an international issue that must be addressed. In the event of an international armed conflict, the citizens of that country, after fleeing hostilities and settling in any country, enjoy protection under the Fourth Geneva Convention. Hence, the study addressed The Iraqi refugee between protection and international rights through knowledge of the rights of Iraqi refugees, especially after the increase in migration due to the security and economic conditions that Iraq is going through during these successive periods as a result of the wars.
