        The research explores the impact of regional changes on the Gulf-Israeli relations، and we try through the research to clarify the basis for that influence and how the relationship between the two sides was during the post-2011 transformation phase; The Arab movement in 2011، the role of regional powers and the escalation of the regional security threat from the Iranian nuclear project and its regional policies، and the role and position of Israel in it، the researcher put this history into an important detail; Because of the transformations that took place in the region to dangerous and unprecedented outcomes at the same time، they pushed to open new horizons in the relationship between Israel and the Gulf states.
