Abstract

Our research examines a legal and jurisprudential topic under the title "The objective and procedural effects of conflict resolution/a comparative study", whereby resolving conflict and disagreement between the parties leads to conciliation and severing the rivalry with affection and love, and that resolving disputes amicably contributes to Reducing the volume of cases submitted to this judiciary on the one hand, and on the other hand, it reduces the burden on the conciliatory parties, as resolving the conflict between the opponents saves them a lot of effort, and does not waste time and does not waste money, as Gajab Aujabi plays in achieving Balance in relationships and stability in transactions, and also eliminates hatred in human society.
