The legislators, including the Iraqi legislator, were concerned with addressing the organizational and legal aspects of the activity of private medical laboratories, as they contribute to the enjoyment by individuals of their right to enjoy public health. It results in an administrative violation or a criminal offense that contributes to detracting from the right to health and is in violation of the duties that the legislator drew in carrying out the task of providing services to private laboratories, as the legal framework for performing these duties has been drawn up according to subsidiary legislation issued in the year 2006, whose violations are based On the method of referring to the Public Health Law No. (89) of 1981 in force, with a comparison with Law No. 70 of 2020 AD regarding the practice of the medical profession and its auxiliary professions and the rights of patients and Kuwaiti health facilities.
