In
research, we discuss the effects resulting from the occurrence of annulment and the issuance of the annulment ruling, which has the authority of a res judicata like any judicial ruling. This authority is not limited to the two parties to the annulment case, i.e. the contracting parties, but extends to those who dealt with the contracting parties and the effect of the annulment ruling applies to them. We will discuss the first requirement: annulment of the contract and commitment. With compensation, and in the second requirement, the effect of annulling the contract for the contracting parties and third parties.
