Political Inheritance in Republican Systems and Its Impact on Political Stability: A Comparative Analytical Study

The phenomenon of political inheritance in republican systems is not an individual deviation or an incidental case, but rather the outcome of a complex interaction between constitutional structures, party mechanisms, and the surrounding social and political environment. It becomes evident that the continuous reproduction of power within narrow circles is not limited to direct familial inheritance, but extends to multiple structural forms that weaken the principle of equal opportunity and limit the effectiveness of peaceful power transfer. This, in turn, affects the political legitimacy and stability. Accordingly, addressing this phenomenon requires comprehensive reform that goes beyond the electoral form to the core institutional structure of the republican system.
