Abstract

International transformations and changes impose a new pattern of interactions at the regional and international levels, recognizing the existence of revisionist forces, as it is common knowledge that the form of the hegemony system cannot continue with the increase and escalation of the effectiveness of other forces. It does not seek to change the shape of the regime as much as it seeks to influence specific areas and areas that, in their nature, constitute areas of vital interests to it. This is represented in the Russian role in the methodology of issues and the limits of influence, and the Chinese role by employing the elements of power to influence the system and increase its power, and the hegemonic power that aims to prevent the symmetry of the limits of power between the revisionist power.
