Abstract

Depleted energy is the main engine and the most important component of all economic activities and it is still the optimum requirement in the framework of global growth and development, and because it is the basic element for all sectors of the economy, as the issue of depleted energy is one of the most important issues that enter into most areas of human life, at the local and international levels. It also has a close relationship with the production of goods and services, through the use of energy in its formation on the one hand, and because of its important link with the strategic interests of the parties that deal with it (producing and consuming), on the other hand.
