Abstract

In the event of any dispute of any kind, between individuals, groups, business owners, industry and other common professions in society, the demand of the conflict parties is to resolve the conflict in the shortest and most positive way, with the least. effort, time and cost possible, and the most confidential. This is provided by resorting to arbitration. However, leaving arbitration without any scrutiny or review of a matter may lead to inflicting injustice between the parties to the dispute, which calls for imposing judicial oversight on arbitration, and this is what was discussed in this research.
