The research deals with the issue of turning public opinion into a weapon in the soft war, or the fourth generation wars, and the role of the media and social media in controlling, directing public opinion through various psychological and behavioral influences, including psychological warfare, propaganda and counter-propaganda, and brainwashing. Under intense, targeted and deliberate media pressure, and then exploiting it to strike the state and topple it from within through internal conflicts and bloody protests and use terrorist groups, the killer and the murdered in it are citizens of the country, and the result is to bring the state to the level of failed states in order to facilitate control over them. And the beneficiary of what is happening from "creative chaos" as former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice called it, for the driving force behind her, at no cost, in rearranging the state's conditions according to their programs, projects and plans.
