In view of the important developments that the world is witnessing today, and in light of the outbreak of the Corona virus, especially after the recent developments of this virus, from which no country has not been escaped, it has become clear that international relations before this virus will not remain the same after it. So it seems that the effects and results incurred by it since 19 December 2019 and even to the present time are still terrifying and continuous, whether at the political security, economic, social and health levels. Doubtlessly, this virus will directly affect the global political map in general, and on the future of international relations in particular. It is possible that the world will move to a new global order because of this deadly virus. What will happen in the future is a change in the views of one country towards the other, meaning that the level of international relations between countries needs to be reviewed in terms of policies and relations between countries, specifically after the end of this epidemic, For example, relations between the United States and China, in respect of exchanging accusations of spreading the virus, as well as Italy's relationship with the United States, which gave up its aid in the time of the crisis, while Russia and China worked to provide aid to it, as well as the case in relations with The European Union, which has issued a decision to close borders. The research problem will clarify all of these issues through several questions: Is there a confrontation between the two powers, the American power the ruling power) and China(the rising power)which is not necessarily a military confrontation, but rather the peaceful rise of China?. Does Corona crisis discover the strength of concept of cooperation between countries in times of crises, or on the contrary, has this concept become weak and fragile? What are the changes that can occur in the future of international relations especially between the great countries after Covid (19).
