Abstract

The subject of criminal protection of children against sexual assault is one of the important subjects nowadays due to the blatant assaults that this weak and vulnerable group of society (children) has been experienced. It has a major impact in forming the nature of social relationships in future which will inevitably reflect on other economic, cultural and even political aspects of life. Indeed, the exposure of this important group of society to such kind of assault will have profound effect and serious repercussions on children's behavior, future and psychology and will turn them into haters of society in which they live and then will become a negative member in society instead of being a positive one on the one hand. On the other hand, this member (the child) will try to do the same act which he had been subjected to but in this time he will be a criminal or perpetrator not a victim. Consequently, if the real reasons and direct motivations of this assault are reached, it will be a source of negative influence and effect in the society.
