Abstract

Achieves commitment to informing, paving the moral foundations necessary for daily transactions, enlightening the contractor with the essential information networked in the contract that makes him decide later to conclude the contract or not to conclude it, assuming one of the parties relies mainly on the basis of a contract for his needs and purpose, that the obligation to inform, in the Emirates, and of course, begins in condition, or at least prevent it.
